Lifetime Warranty Details & Exclusions

 

At TV Furniture Direct we are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a Lifetime Warranty with every product that leaves our warehouse. Our Lifetime Warranty offer is simple. If it breaks or becomes faulty, we will offer replacement parts OR replace with a brand new like-for-like product. We'll even collect the faulty item from you if we send you a brand new unit. Sometimes, we don't have the exact model that you purchased from us but we will send you a brand new item that will do exactly the same job as the faulty or damaged one. 

All we ask from you is that you report the damage or fault as soon as you find it, let us know how you discovered the damage or fault, and also supply us with a couple of photographs (you don't have to send us professional photos, a couple of shots taken with a mobile phone or digital camera is more than good enough as long as they highlight the problem).

Unfortunately, our lifetime warranty isn't an insurance policy. It only covers the product you bought from us, and is only valid on the condition that the item has been assembled and installed according to our supplied instructions, and that the item, nor its assembly or installation have been modified in any way at all.
